PLEASE NOTE: If the applicant received an MS Go for Gold Scholarship in 2022 or 2023, they are not eligible to apply again this year, however, if they received a scholarship prior to this, they are now eligible to apply again
All applicants who have previously applied for a scholarship and were unsuccessful are welcome to apply again.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
  • I have read the MS Go for Gold Scholarship Terms and Conditions
  • All the information supplied is true and correct
  • If successful, the scholarship recipient agrees to use their scholarship to fulfil the dream outlined in the above application and it is recommended the grant be used within twelve months of receiving it.
  • The scholarship recipient will report back on their progress at the end of the twelve-month period.
  • If awarded an MS Go for Gold Scholarship, the applicant agrees to have their name published on the MS Plus website, consents to MS Plus utilising their story for marketing and promotional purposes and agrees to be contacted by the marketing department for further discussion.
  • The applicant acknowledges that the decision of the judges is final, and no further discussion will be entered into.
  • I confirm that the application:
    • has been completed in full, with all required supporting information
    • clearly describes a dream that the person with MS wants to achieve and how the scholarship will help them to achieve it
    • explains how the person with MS will use the scholarship funds to achieve their dream
    • identifies positive long-term benefits which might result from the person with MS being able to follow their dream.
