You must be 12 years or older on the date of the Event to volunteer. If you will be under 16 years of age on Event Day, you will need a guardian to sign the waiver. On Event Day, you will need to be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older.

Most volunteer shifts start between 5am-7am. If you are relying on public transport to get to your shift, please check your options before event weekend.

TEAM LEADERS

Taking on a volunteer role as Team Leader or Manager typically includes supervising a volunteer team and setting up and packing down your area.  It is essential that Team Leaders have a thorough understanding of their role and are able to effectively communicate with other Team Leaders and MS Event Staff.
